Apartment - 4 people - 2 bedrooms The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and therefore offers incredible views. The residence also has an elevator which makes coming and going pleasant. The rental apartment is divided as follows, you will find a spacious living/dining room with kitchen partially open to the living room. The whole space also opens onto the very well equipped terrace with table, chairs and deckchair from which you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. In the sleeping area you will find a first bedroom with two single beds and storage space and an open bedroom in the extension of the living room which can be separated by a curtain and where there is a 140 x 190 cm bed. Amenities include a bathroom where the washing machine is also located. For more comfort, the toilets are separate. The apartment has an internet box with WiFi, free of charge of course. A really quiet rental accommodation in a wooded and flowery environment, yet close to the port, beaches, shops and activities. The rental is ideally located on the seafront, 600 m from the sandy beach of Portissol and 400 m from the shops. It is the ideal rental vehicle for a family, a couple with or without children, or even retirees who want to discover the region without having to touch their vehicle during their vacation. A pleasant and clean rental where sun, beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Sanary a beautiful memory. We ask for a 25% deposit. The balance is due 1 month before moving into the premises and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except for last minute reservations. A tourist tax is payable to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount set by the Tourist Office applies. The final cleaning is included and included in the price. For more comfort, you have the option of having bed linen and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. A 100 euro supplement will be charged for all arrivals on Sundays and public holidays. If you arrive after 6pm on weekdays, there will also be a surcharge. We ask that you pay a deposit by check or cash upon arrival. This will not be cashed and will be refunded on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract with your details, those of the agency and the rented property will be sent to you and must be signed and returned to us. You will be asked for proof of travel or liability insurance. Without these documents, no rental is final.
