The hotel very nice, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, front desk staff not helpful, didn't understand why can't use the towels on the beach I was told would be charged I said you are a hotel on a beach how is it not possible to use the towel in the beach also you only have 4 chairs in the pool for a hotel with about 40 rooms, I asked if they had beach chairs or towels for the beach available or for rent, she suggested to go to one of the stores and buy one, bad customer service. Also asked for u e because your rooms don't have fridges she said they don't give out ice that I could ask in the restaurant and see if they would give me some, when I asked at the rest (which by the way much more courteous and friendly then the front desk) they told.me.with pleasure would give me ice, he said they had these small cooler with that purpose confirming that the person I front was just not wanting to help me Sorry but a really bad customer service. The facilities pretty nice but left with a very bad taste do to the customer service of your girls in the front desk.

Really enjoyed my stay at Roca Sunzal. The rooms were spacious and clean. Had an amazing view of the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The pool was clean and well kept. The hotel is located right on the beach in the middle of all the fun of El Tunco. There is a security guard on the premises or extra piece of mind. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting El Tunco.
