"We had a great stay! I accidentally booked an extra night which the hotel could not refund. But they were kind and upgraded us to a suite. Great location and amazing experience"

"Staff was very good, housekeeping did a great job, location is good. Hotel is very dated with a musty smell throughout. Windows are old so the sun beams right through and the AC can’t keep up. Reserved a harbor view room which was true, but it doesn’t face the skyline straight on as I anticipated."

"Great overall stay - front desk was incredibly helpful when we arrived early, and that's greatly appreciated. Room was adequate in size and the breakfast is definitely worth getting, strong recommendation. Great pool and workout area on the top floor, unfortunate part is that the pool has strange hours and wasn't open even when it was supposed to be. Would be a straight "5" across the board if there would have literally been a common area to sit/do work on a laptop, which is strange to not have in 2026. There was an option of an "Eaton Club" or something, which was additional costs, just to use a co-work space. Bummer for those of us on vacation that need to duck into over-night meetings without bothering others in the rooms."

"My regular hotel in Hong Kong both for business and pleasure. Staff are always helpful and friendly, breakfast excellent, rooms are clean and spacious (a rarity in Hong Kong for the price) with excellent views of the Kowloon peninsula on high floors. Hotel is also conveniently located in Mong Kok, connected to the Langham Place shopping mall and MTR - you can find anything and everything you need within a 200m radius. Plenty of late night shopping and food close by as well for night owls. Highly recommended"
