"Good location. Easy parking. Helpful reception staff. My room was sandwiched between a large group of teens attending a sporting event. They were loud and I would not have slept had the man at reception not found me an alternative room. I am very grateful to him and, as a result of my move, I had a great sleep. They also apologised during checkout, which I appreciated"

"I had a pleasant 3 night stay at this large hotel complex with modern decor, great amenities including an outdoor swimming pool and a short drive to the city center. My room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, large bathroom with excellent water pressure and efficient air conditioning. The reception staff were professional and English speaking. I had underground parking for my rent a car for an additional daily charge and there is a breakfast buffet available again for an additional fee. The hotel was very quiet overnight so I always enjoyed a good nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Zaragoza."

"The location is excellent, easy access to the old town, the river, museums, historical buildings and the many tapas bars. Parking is not on site but conveniently close by. Room was spacious but in need of upgrading. The shower was above the bath, which is rather dated. The bedroom had no safe, coffee making facilities or small fridge. The hotel is undergoing a renovation process, consequently parts are really tasteful and beautifully decorated while other parts are still in progress."
