Rooms are very clean, staff was excellent, the included breakfast was very good. When you arrive you will park in front of the hotel and then they will take your car to the parking lot. It's best to look up the streets before because San Miguel has many one way streets. It's only a 10 min walk to downtown San Miguel and a 5 min walk to the park.

Great views from rooftop; A bit difficult to get to, streets are narrow and step. Friendly staff, clean hotel. No bar onsite nor restaurant. 10 min walk to main plaza, if you're out of shape use UBER to get back to hotel. The hot tub was not available; it had to be cleaned and sanitized. They only offer continental breakfast, valet parking no issues.

We loved our stay at the Mansion. Jorge could not do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable. He is truly an amazing host. The property feels so authentic and is a beautiful old villa. We stayed in the only room with a terrace which was big and had a great view out over the old town with mountains in the distance. It is a no frills place in a way, but has everything we needed. Breakfast had delicious fruit, yogurt, and homemade bread, with yummy Huevos Mexicanos to order for extra fee. Room was spacious with comfy bed. Staff could not be more helpful. For those who don't like walking uphill, you can take a green/white taxi for a small fee or get a lot of exercise walking straight up from the center of town - about 10 minutes downhill, longer climbing back up. It was close to shopping streets and 10 minutes from the beautiful park Juarez. Not for everyone who needs a fancy hotel, but we loved the character, charm, and feeling of being treated like we were at home.
