It was a genuine pleasure staying at the Casa Quebrada Hotel for our four-night stay in San Miguel de Allende! The staff, in particular, was so nice and helpful. They helped us arrange safe, reliable round-trip transportation to and from the airport and--although they did not speak much English and we very little Spanish--accommodated all of our questions and provided outstanding service. The Mediterranean restaurant, Bocaciega next door is excellent, and we also had a fantastic parting breakfast at Mi Bistro, steps away. We did a Viator walking tour of the city, and it only takes 10-15 minutes to get to any important spot from the front door of the hotel. We had the best time in this beautiful, immaculate hotel and would definitely stay again. Big thank you to Mayra and Miriam and everyone at Casa Quebrada Hotel. We'll be back!

Nice Boutique Hotel in the Heart of SMDA

Overall, the room was nice and the bathroom was spacious. The AC worked well which also helped drown the street noise.

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia en el hotel. El staff fue muy amable desde el primer contacto antes de llegar. Gracias por la ayuda para planear algunas actividades especiales! El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cómodo, bonito, muy bien diseñado. Dormimos muy bien y en general lo disfrutamos mucho! Un par de recomendaciones para la habitación: falta espejo de cuerpo completo, la iluminación del vanity es muy deficiente para maquillarse, falta bote se basura extra en la habitación, toalleros en la zona de lavabo, falta jabonera en el lavabo. Gracias!!

we really enjoyed our stay at casa quebrada. The rooms were comfortable and very stylish. The rooftop deck was gorgeous and the restaurant attached to the hotel. Allow us to bring drinks up there. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Casa Quebrada was a delight. We had 3 rooms. parents, kids and grandparents. The rooms were clean, comfortable and super convenient to checking in on one another. A few comments and suggestions to the hotel: Offer more coffee daily, make sure each room has a chair in it and chairs on the patio to enjoy the outside. overall, it's a great location, you are about 5 to 10 minute walk from dozens of restaurants and galleries. We always felt safe and never had any concerns about the kids. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved the rooms and the design of the hotel overall. It's a small hotel but it's well thought out. The staff was very friendly and pleased to assist us. There's a nice Greek restaurant within the hotel premises that's very cozy with incredible food. We highly recommend it!

Todo perfecto, con excepción de la Recepción, la chica grosera, además de que al momento de hacer la reserva, me hacen cargo en mi tarjeta y al llegar al hotel me comentan que solo fue retención. Se pagó una segunda vez la habitación, e hicieron la cancelación de mi primer pago. Pero ya había sido un pago, no una retención. Ya que las retenciones se regresan en el momento y los pagos, se hace una cancelación y tarda en regresar. Nunca me había pasado algo así, por lo general lo retienen y solo aceptan el cargo y listo. Y la Srita de la recepción, me comentó que así ya les habían hecho fraudes, como dando a entender que no les pagaría la habitación, En verdad fué muy incómodo, además que nos tuvo más de media hora esperando. Lástima por que el lugar es precioso.
