Mixed Feelings
The property itself is nice. Very nice pool area and the grounds are kept clean. The area around this condo do not feel very safe. We had trouble checking in because the gate code provided did not work so we had to leave until the owner could get ahold of property security to let us in. Once there, one parking space was already being occupied by someone else and we couldnt find the second space. We found out after getting into the apartment that the owner had the parking space listed wrong on the directions. Each room had its own air conditioner, The one in the living room did not work so it was always hot in the main rooms, The air conditioner in the main bedroom leaked water all over the dresser and soaked our clothes and half the room over the period of one night. The cook top is located in a very awkward spot so we didnt use it. The refrigerator had a bunch of food and opened drinks left over from previous renters. We made sure to clean up anything we brought into the house and always try to leave a place better than we found it. The good is that despite the neighborhood looking rough it is located nicely between San Juan, Loquillo, Fajardo and El Yunque.
