Comfortable bed. Grandmother's home feel. The park garage was 5,000 colones if you leave your car before p.m. They charge you for an afternoon and a day. $10. Our hotel price was 49.40. The exchange rate given in colones was 25,200 mil. A little bit higher than $50. Not a big deal, just be aware that $ will not be exact. Still a great deal for this comfortable stay. Walking distance to the main square.

We stayed here for 1 night before our early morning flight. Location was a few minutes away. Didn't spend much time in the room. We did appreciate the walkability to local restaurants. Felt like a real San Jose neighborhood, not a chain hotel. Service was attentive and checked in regularly to make sure all was good. Highly recommended.

Best Value for SJO

We only spent one night, so easy to find.. Quick UBER from SJO. Our arrival was a bit of a hiccup, the codes for self entry did not work Bit the problem was rectified and new codes given. There is breakfast (self service) with basic items available, self clean up as well.. The room was off a nice garden area and quiet. Overall for the value and one night it was fine, they offer a great service for a airport/drop service! 5$ ttl.

We stayed for 2 nights and we loved the place . We felt at home . Was very convenient and good location and close to the airport. Unfortunately we didn’t get the pickup from the airport and we had to find our own transportation to the hotel. Over all was a very good experience and we will definitely be back .

We had a really great stay here. Very quaint and the all day breakfast was a big plus. PLEASE BE AWARE that the gated parking that they suggest is $35 for day+night. And DO NOT park outside the hotel. Our rental car was broken into and the spare tire was stolen ;(
