The staff was great. However, I chose this hotel because it said one of the rooms came with a jetted tub. My fiancé and I were so excited and bought items for the jet tub experience. But when we got to the room, it was just a standard tub. We thought there was a mistake and went back down to the front desk. The manager said it was outdated on the hotels app and that they were sorry for the misunderstanding. Even though they refunded us $30 for the inconvenience, I was still extremely upset because we were looking forward to the jet tub. I did so much research and never had this happen until now.

Do they clean after each guest?

There was a note for the previous guest on my bed when I checked in. Worried they never changed the sheets between guests. Didn't realize it wasn't for me till the 2nd morning!

I was very impressed with this hotel. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Service was amazing. They have a parking garage and free breakfast that was actually pretty good. Would definitely stay here again. Only anout a 4min drive to downtown Redwood City and plenty of stores around.

Excellent. I slept like a baby.

The room was comfortable. The bed, silky sheets, choice of pillows and blackout screen allowed me to sleep like a baby. The biscuits and gravy were good but I miss the waffles. The coffee is awesome with all of the Coffeemate choices. I will be back next year.
