Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Staff was nice and tried to make things better due to the horrible room switch. I paid in December and no one bothered to tell us we were going to get a different room. The room we stayed in should be about one half of the $xxx.00 paid in December. I have yet to receive a Discount. $xx. service fee for a one night stay. We left it in better shape than upon arrival. What the heck?
