This is my second time staying here and overall the experience is great. The staff they are really, really friendly. The breakfast bar is very kept very clean. The room is very clean. I know they are going through some construction, during my stay, there was no sound of construction bothering me during my stay here

The hotel was fabulous!! The area was so nice, there is a spaghetti factory across the street and downtown Redlands is minutes away. The room was so clean, big and the beds were so comfortable. I loved this hotel is not even expensive. The staff was so friendly! I actually forgot my boots in the room and the front desk kept them for me.

Nice property easily accessible from interstate. Unfortunately road noise in room was less than ideal. Room was spacious. Employees ranged from incredibly friendly to mildly disinterested. Ongoing construction was slightly inconvenient but not terrible. I was excited to see a brand new Peloton in fitness room but unfortunately it wasn’t properly set up for use when I was there

Inexpensive. And attentive customer service. But the place is filthy. Carpets are stained throughout the property and they desperately need cleaning. Someone ought to buy a new vacuum as well. Won’t go back.
