♦ PARKING
The driveway has room for 3 cars max, and there's more parking in front of the house. It's not allowed to park in front of the neighbors' houses.

♦ GARAGE
Garage is not accessible to guests.

♦ POOL & HEATER :
You may use the pool until 10:00 p.m. The pool is 4-8 feet deep, and there is no fence around it. A pool heater is available for an extra charge of $190 per night (Nov - May), with a 2-night minimum. The pool and spa can both reach 85' degrees when heated. The pool takes 14-16 hours to heat up because it is so large. The pool heater must be ordered 24 hours prior to check-in, not the day of check-in.

♦ SPA JETS :The jets do not blow a lot of air, so there will not be a lot of bubbles. As the spa is connected to the pool and uses the same heating system as the pool, it cannot be heated separately.

♦ Inside Fireplace & Outdoor Fire Pit
These are not included as an amenity for safety reasons.

While we hope you enjoy your stay at our beautiful home, we have some basic rules.


1. STRICT QUIET TIME FROM 10pm - 10:00am
( Noise policies strictly enforced by the host and the city of Rialto, CA) Specially in the pool area.

2. NO PARTY OR EVENTS. Any unauthorized event or large gathering will result in IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from the property with NO REFUND and an extra charge.

3. NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS of any kind. We cater to families with kids. There will be a $500 fee charged to clean up the smell or any left substances.

4. NO VISITORS. Any undisclosed guest will be fine an extra fee per night. ($100dlls) Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you.

5. NO parking in front of neighbors. There is plenty of parking in front of the house.

6. NO PETS - DOGS or any PETS are not allowed. It's really hard to get fur off furniture. We'll charge you $150 extra for deep cleaning if there are dog or pet furs in the house.

7. 2 STORY HOUSE, be careful with kids and disabled people. There's only one bedroom downstairs

8. WE VERIFY IDENTITY
We ask for a form of ID to verify age (minimum 21 yrs old) and for liability reasons.

9. CAMERA SAFETY DEVICES:
For the safety of our guests, we have 3 external security cameras installed at the property that are on 24/7. One is by the front door, another one by the garage and one by the side entrance. These cameras are sensor-controlled and will record once they detect motion.

10. WE CHARGE FOR DAMAGES: If you damage the property, you will be charged accordingly.
