Really good!!!

The bungalows are 3 minutes walking from Yumbo shopping centre. That's a good spot voor clubbing and restaurants. The bungalows are really clean and very quiet. You can hear the birds singing in the morning.

Great value . Great location.

Lovely apartment. Well equipped. Everything you need . Suited me down to the ground. Minutes walk to Yumbo center but no noise. 5 mins walk to Lidl. Pool area clean tidy. Great value. Quite little complex some residents live all year round I think . Ideal if you're looking for someone quiet but in the thick of it . Beach about 10 mins walk down the hill.

The bungalows were freshly renovated, clean and modern. The kitchen and bathroom equipment were quite recent and spotless. The TV had no local spanish programmes. The reception has restricted opening times, but communication via text message is very easy and the reception guy is very friendly and polite. Unfortunately the neighbouring bungalow unit was occupied by a couple that was sitting on their terrace from sunrise to sunset, smoking cigarettes all the time. That resulted in our unit being exposed to the smoke all day long.

Küchen Utensilien mangelhaft, Sicherung flog dauernd raus, Schlafsofa alt, Bad unsauber, zwischen Dusche und Waschmaschine sehr Schmutzig, Spülkasten fehlt Knopf, Fugen vergilbt. Ansonsten war es in Ordnung, Betten waren sehr gut. Wir würden leider nicht wieder kommen

Mielenkiintoinen kokemus. Olemme 50 pariskunta ja vietämme Kanarilla 2 kk/ vuosi eri hotelleissa. Bungalovi on uusi ja siisti IKEA koti. Pienillä asioilla olisi mukava vaikutus viihtymiseen. Missään ei kerrottu, että siivous, wc paperit jne. eivät kuulu hintaan. (Joka päivä on siivottava pölyn ja hiekan vuoksi) Meille kk maksoi 1500€. Samoin vedenkeitin ei kuulunut varustukseen ja keitimme kahvi veden kaasuhellalla, joka kyllä oli luksusta. Meille sattui huoneisto kadunpuoleisesta talosta ja linja- autot kiihdyttivät kadulla rinteeseen tosi lujaa. Mittasimme terassinpöydältä yli 70dbA äänitasoja. Huoneistossa ei myöskään ollut jäähdytystä. Viilennystä auttoi kyllä, että ikkunoita pystyi pitämään auki kokoajan kaltereiden ja hyvien hyttysverkkojen ansiosta. Ulkoalueiden hoito oli lapsenkengissä ja uima allasta pestiin vain kerran viikossa. Uimme välillä hyttysten seassa limaisella pohjalla. Tämä kohde ei vastannut hotels.com normaalia tasoa.

Las camas son muy cómodas, la situación es muy cerca del Yumbo, hay todos los servicios alrededor, el apartamento está bien equipado aunque le faltan algunas cosillas. Sofa-cama muy cómodo. Utencilios de cocina los imprescindibles. El complejo está en obras con lo cual hubo un par de día que nos quedamos sin agua por unas horas y nadie nos vino a avisar el primer día pero el segundo si. Falta lencería para las camas. Sólo facilitan una sola llave para el bungalow con lo cual es incómodo cuando se quedan 2 personas. En general nos ha gustado.
