Explore the many hiking trails in the area, which start right outside your door, and experience Norwegian nature up close. If you like fishing, there are rivers and freshwater lakes nearby that offer plenty of opportunities for a successful catch.



You can also plan excursions to the surrounding villages. Visit Bjørkheim for a short excursion or take a trip to Norheimsund and Øystese on the Hardangerfjord. Be enchanted by the impressive fjord landscapes and take a day trip to the city of Bergen to enjoy cultural highlights and urban experiences.
