Dead Spot Room

The room overall was roomy and comfortable. The bed was excellent just like the mattress we have at home. The tiolet needs to be upgraded because it was made for a small child, VERY low. The water didn't drain very well in sink and tub. The TV was difficult to operate and i couldn't connect my laptop to their network. I think we were in a dead spot. Went to lobby and could get on their network. Staff said it was probably my laptop but if it was i wouldn't have been able to access in lobby.

It was an overall great experience. Everything was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The proximity to the beach is excellent as well. The fact that it’s pet friendly and they plenty of space for them makes it a great choice.

Nice hotel, not ocean front tho, breakfast is ala cart (did not use), bar is small but nice. Only negative feature is the bathroom shower could use a major upgrade woth the shower head. King size pillows are awesome, and room it self was very nice.

We stayed prior to and post beach house rental and were thoroughly impressed. From booking to check in to an absolute wonderful suite. The attention to detail of customer service was spectacular. The complimentary drinks were a nice perk! The pool and laundry availability also wonderful. The staff were pleasant and awesome as well. And the fact that I could bring my senior pug dog was the icing on the cake. Great job! I will be coming back!

Hotel is conveniently located near Atlantic Beach. Rooms and common areas are OK but could use renovations. Check in took a long time and staff are stretched too thin. $15 resort fee was not disclosed prior to checking in.

The staff were extra friendly and helpful. Loved the free use of a beach wagon and bike. The beach was a convenient walk and the pool was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.
