It's name is accurate - it's quiet and comfortable. We had a party of four using it for almost a week over the holidays so we could spend time with our daughter who lives a few blocks away.

Perfect house, perfect location.

This house was the cleanest house I've ever rented. It had everything you needed, the beds were so comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone in our group. It was in a quiet neighborhood centrally located for either going into Park City skiing or running around Salt Lake City. The owner is super easy to communicate with and answers immediately. Hopefully if I ever return to Salt Lake City I can stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, large, well-equipped house

This house comfortably fits 6 adults with all three couples having their own space with a mother-in-law suite in the basement! I love how dog-friendly it is and it is close to Lagoon, restaurants, and shopping. It is in an upscale quiet neighborhood. It is a great rental all around!

Christmas vacation 2023

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped for having holiday dinners and family time was wonderful. Great for 1/2 the family to go skiing and the other 1/2 to relax! Host was very speedy in her reply to questions. Highly recommend!!

Everything you need

The home was clean and fresh. Plenty of amenities like spices for cooking, shampoo and conditioner, blankets, 3 TV's, and cook ware galore. Very comfortable and I loved the split level where the boys could be downstairs. Just perfect for our group of 9.

superior value

The home was located in a quiet cul-de-sac family neighborhood. More than adequate parking for a large party. Very spacious home where you are able to have your own space. 3 Large-screen smart TVs with Comcast cable in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen mountain views 6 minutes from downtown 11 minutes from the airport highway to this ski areas 2 minutes away and was a straight shot two-car garage Internet was over 400 Mb/s 3 full baths to handle a large group. Overall was a superior value especially for a large group. I'm planning on going back in April or May.
