There was no restaurant for dinner near property. Airport shuttle was not available on the afternoon I arrived and it took 3 phone calls to the Inn to find out. They did not want to help with luggage when I arrived, even though staff was available and I was an elderly woman traveling alone. The main positives are that the hotel was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. It was also close to the airport.

We were flying out early one morning and decided to stay close to the airport. It’s a basic hotel but nice. Wet don’t have any complaints, a nice place to stay for one night.

They messed up our reservation they charged way more than what they originally quoted us for our 5 day stay. Then they gave us a different room than what we booked for we wanted a kitchenette w 2 beds, they gave Amy's a room w 1 bed a minute fridge and microwave fridge didn't even work. They double charged us for 5 days 4 night made us pay another $100 something for Tuesday night we already paid in full for our entire stay. They kept licking us out our room. Stole property out our luggage stole our $100 deposit. The worst hotel stay every. No clean towels. Wash clothes. We got no free breakfast. Staff was a joke

Our room was a little dated, but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was limited, but the coffee was fresh and hot so i can't complain. Overall a perfectly fine place to stay for the price.

I brought two dogs with me so having a bottom floor right next to the dog potty area was very convenient. My room however did smell like pet urine and having paid 90 dollars for the pets I would think that that would be used to shampoo the carpets or some sort of neutralizer would be used.

I smelled strong pet ordo when I checked into a room. I asked front desk to change to another room. However, it was still smell. It should be deodorized after housing guest with pets each time. The breakfast was very simple with limited food. Therefore, I wouldn't consider this hotel if I visited SLC next time.

The room was ok but upon closer inspection I found a dirty glass of wine behind the light on the nightstand, the television was lop-sided, and couldn't/t be straightened and there were no bath towels which I discovered when I got out of the shower so used a hand towel. When I checked in, I was required to give them $100 cash for security which would be returned in the morning if the room was left without damage or if I had smoked in the room, or I could put it on a credit card which would be reimbursed in a couple of days. I was not aware of this policy when I booked the room, and I've never encountered something like that in any other property.
