We had a long, difficult check-in,even though I had reserved and paid for the room previously. There were not enough towels for 3 people, even when we requested some. The hair dryer didn't work. The refrigerator was tilted. I had stayed at this hotel a month ago and based on that experience, decided to stay here again when we had a family emergency. Unfortunately, the staff and room were not as helpful or as good as before.

Front desk staff very friendly. Room was fine. At 4:00 am we were awakened by a loud voice in the next room(not a guest room.)Someone talking loudly as if over a mechanical noise) from the next room. We had the first guest room on the ground floor so not another guest. Her voice went on for some time. More awareness is needed by someone.

Great for a 2 night stay when flying. They have a shuttle which makes getting to and from the airport simple and easy!

The worst part is the shuttle bus service. This hotel does not have regular airport runs. You have to call the front desk to get pick up and I called three times and nobody answering the phone! We have to get a ride with other hotel’s shuttle bus.
