Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Front desk couldn’t be bothered to look interested in assisting us. Hotel itself looks like a stripper in a bar during daylight hours. Everything is worn, broken, chipped, or repaired I. The most rinky-dink way possible. Don’t get me started on the dang key cards. Had to get those replaced three times because they stopped working. Not enough linens in the room and two lamps didn’t work. DO NOT stay in this place…. Ever

Very clean, a cute room and a nice bed, the key barely worked and was a pain, the breakfast was not great, the elevator wasn’t working, but overall a good stay

Elevator inoperable. Had to lug heavy bags to the very end of first floor hall up the second elevator, and all the way back to the end of the hall on the second floor. Staff didn’t explain that there were some stairs nearby which would’ve saved a lot of heavy bag lugging back-and-forth.

Bandage in Bed
Our stay at the Hotel was absolutely terrible. Main elevator was broken, Went to bed around 9:30 pm found a bandage that was stuck to the sheet that belonged to another guest. This bandage was 3x3 in size so it was evident that the bedding was not changed. My wife found a brown leaf on her side of the sheet. Room had no place to sit except on the edge of the bed. Phone did not work to call the operator. The only upside was that the person on the front desk tried to make the situation better. Dee was the ladies name and she had very good customer service. They compensated the room because of the condition. My wife and I have stayed in La Quintas for at least 20 years and will probably look at making a change.
