It’s an average hotel- it’s old, there will people sleeping out on the sidewalks just off of the hotel property and there were some really loud and rude other guests on the floor above us. The hotel was clean and front desk staff were pleasant

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Upon check in there was a man discussing his belongings being kept after being kicked out of his room. He was kicked out for having someone in there he should not have according to what I heard. It was off putting to overhear that this

Good points: pool and good hot breakfast. Bad: inflexible "shuttle service". Picking us up from the airport was fine, but they were unwilling to work with our schedule to drop us off the next day. We had to spend an extra $20 for an Uber. The hotel itself is just ok. The bed was good and so was the shower. For the price you pay, we recommend you look to a nicer hotel chain.

Bad Mattresses

The mattresses in the 3rd floor rooms (305 & 307) were not good. They were very soft and uneven. My wife and I resorted to switching are sleeping to putting our heads at the foot of the bed because the foot of the bed was higher than the headboard end. My son in room 307 said he encountered the same issue.

The television didn't have many channels didn't even offer the local channels for news. Signs posted all over outside about no smoking within 25 feet on multiple occasions staff members were smoking right outside the entrance and exits. Room didn't have hour water. Very disappointed for the price i paid and what was offered
