Good stay for a quick trip

Clean, comfortable room. Took awhile for the air-conditioning to kick on. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, continental options, make your own waffles, sausage links, and the disc shaped eggs.

The person checking us in was not friendly. She was rather abrupt and a bit rude. The pool was cool but a relief after the pool room was suffocatingly hot. The roof was open and that put things in the pool. Didn't feel clean.

Don’t waste your money

Very rundown, random people outside of the hotel not sure if they were homeless or people actually staying there, abandoned cars on the property, the 1st floor smelt like dogs and weed very dirty floors. Heard a lot of noise about 3:30am. Our room wasn’t horrible the black out curtains were very dirty and ripped, no way to plug the bathtub (had a small child) the floors were sticky. The pool/hot tub were very dirty very hot in that area no pool towels and it was just after check in so should have been stocked. Overall the beds were comfortable.

Our room had sticky stuff all over the carpet, our tv barely worked with only a few channels that didn’t flicker and go out. We never received housekeeping, I had to go to the front desk to ask for some towels and then got told to ask housekeeping and pointed to a woman with a cart. I went to buy a few snacks at the front desk and got yelled at to come to the other side to buy them, even though I was at the window for the mini store. They had very sketchy people outside day and night, smoking and even allowed them to come inside during breakfast. I was there with my 1 year old and it was alway unnerving to go to our car, because they would stare at us. Overall, staff was not friendly except for the one housekeeper who gave me towels. The property is falling apart and rooms smell like someone was smoking and they tried to “clean” cover it up. Even though they state they are a smoke free hotel. I used to work in a hotel so i’m very familiar that you can’t get that smell out. Couldn’t change rooms because we were told they were sold out. Not worth the over $100 a night fee.

Will not stay again

The first night was fine the hotel is older but updated some. The pool was not clean. Sharon at the front desk was wonderful only good part of the stay. The pictures make it look nicer than it is. I never write reviews but we booked for two nights and left after one. And we were not the only ones. We must have missed the memo that it was for tweekers. Didn’t feel safe so we left after one night.

The truth about the hotel

The staff running the front desk was unprofessional, rude, and difficult to talk to. I could not get into my room. I cut my business trip short one night. It was not able to reimburse me for the one night. I didn’t stay.
