I was NEVER able to check in. Beause I was checking-in late, everyone had gone from the reception. The key was supposedly in the machine near the entrance, and I was never able to retrieve it using the code they gave me. The 'emergency' door bell did not work and I was stuck without a hotel at midnight. Worst experience ever. Highly DON'T recommend this hotel. Check the 'Ace hotel' 5min away, has a 24h reception and super nice staff.

On a eu ce qu'on a payé ! HÎtel trÚs bon marché mais odeur de cigarette, toilettes parfois crado, et surtout gros problÚmes informatiques dans les clés/codes des chambres. Points positifs : hÎtel calme et bien situé.

Les codes d'accés non pas fonctionné pour tout l'hotel. Obligé d'aller à l'IBIS à coté pour résoudre le problÚme. La personne de l'accueil totalement débordé par cette situation, toute seule un samedi. Au final les chambres sont ouvertes mais certaines déjà occupées. Une fois dans la chambre pas possible d'en ressortir sinon on ne pouvait plus re-rentrer. HygiÚne trÚs limite donc on est parti de l'hotel et nous demandons un remboursement.

Un conseil... n'oubliez pas vos schlaps si vous devez sortir de votre chambre... La propretĂ© des couloirs et des toilettes et douches est limite mais c’est probablement dĂ» au grand Ăąge de l’hĂŽtel. Par contre les malentendants seront ravis de pouvoir voir de trĂšs prĂšs la circulation sur l’autoroute adjacente ! N’oubliez pas non plus vos linges.

Accueil froid. Les portes s'ouvrent avec un code unique, mais dÚs 03h du matin, mon code fonctionne mal et tÎt le matin (vers 06h30), je me retrouve dans l'impossibilité d'ouvrir ma chambre!!! Et bien sûr, personne à l'accueil! C'est une cliente qui avait une clé (car son code ne fonctionait pas non plus) qui m'a ouvert! Lamentable! Petit dej "à volonté", cela n'en a que le nom et en plus, hÎtel complet et juste une petite table pour tous les clients! Un we de marathon, c'est juste lamentable! Je déconseille cet hÎtel

j ai reçu un mail avec un code afin d obtenir la clef de la chambre, la machine nous répondait qu'il n'y avait pas eu de prépaiement et nous n'avons pas eu accÚs à l'hotel. Nous étions plusieurs. Le lendemain la préposée nous a dit qu il y avait une note sur la porte, indiquant d'appeler l'hotel ibis pour avoir la clef, sauf qu il n'y avait pas de mot sur la porte extérieure. Ensuite une seule nuit avait été notée almors que j'en avais payé deux. Et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Un fiasco complet

L'accueil a Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement chaleureux mais, et ceci n'est pas dĂ» au personnel qui s'est "pliĂ© en quatre" pour nous, les locaux ont "vieilli" et la clim est en panne, ce qui est trĂšs embĂȘtant en plein Ă©tĂ© mĂȘme si des ventilateurs sont prĂ©sents. Le propriĂ©taire trouve cela trop cher de la changer. Nous Ă©tions venus en juin 2016 et avions gardĂ© un bon souvenir. Le personnel doit ĂȘtre insuffisant pour assurer une propretĂ© parfaite et Ă  tout instant de l'hĂŽtel (Je parle ici des sanitaires car la chambre Ă©tait propre). En tous cas, chapeau au personnel qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs aimable et arrangeant.Je tenais Ă  le souligner! Nous avons quand mĂȘme assez bien dormi.

Il vaut mieux tĂ©lĂ©phoner directement Ă  l’hĂŽtel quand on a une demande spĂ©cifique comme une demande pour une chambre PMR, le site ExpĂ©dia n'en tient pas du tout compte ! je me suis retrouver au 1er sans ascenseur avec un enfant lourdement handicapĂ© Le personnel de l'hĂŽtel a bien gĂ©rĂ© le problĂšme rapidement et gentillement, Ă  l'Ă©coute du client. proche des axes routiers, mais calme.
