the staff went above and beyond our expectations. The room was clean both in smell and amenities, but the walls could use a bit of attention. Breakfast was greatly appreciated, and it was nice that pets were welcome. Thanks for the lovely stay. will be doing it again

I didn't actually stay the night I had booked at the Comfort Inn and Suites. The highway between salmon arm and golden was closed for emergency avalanche service, and they refunded my entire stay. Even though I had booked a non-refundable stay, they still refunded me. Obviously this place is well managed and cares about people.

Hotel needs an update and the bathroom was old and rather grimy with peeling paint and mold and very dirty switch plates etc Very loud hwy noise .. would not stay again and I have stayed here many times over the yrs but it’s way too much money for the value
