Nice stay, excellent friendly staff.

The kyle hotel is much bigger than I expected. The exterior photos do not do it justice at all. The interior is much nicer although it is in need of investment and updating, such as double glazed windows and modern internal doors. The ensuite bathroom do appear to have been recently refitted.I found this to be a very good base close to the Skye Bridge with a choice of exploring the island of sky or the surrounding mainland areas.

Lovely little inn

Lovely inn right at the entrance to the Isle of Skye. Excellent food and easy parking. Room walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors.

The size of the room and bathroom are great - very spacious! The night staff was super efficient and very friendly. The hotel presents as being old and outdated. The furniture is banged up. The bed is so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a rock. Parking is limited.

This is a charming small hotel that serves as a perfect home base for exploring the surrounding area and the Isle of Skye. Its friendly restaurant and bar offer friendly service and high-quality food options, with creative options for the vegetarian/vegan traveler. Only negative thing was the really loud noises coming from the room next door early evening. Sounded like an alarm at first but something mechanical ?? It woke us up at 6 am. Could it have been the shower???
