Brand new apartment on the first floor, very nice, on a quiet street. Located 5 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor and 100 m from Santisima Trinidad Hospital, close to the bus station and the faculties. Ideal for a family or 2 couples. Accommodation of two bedrooms and two bathrooms so that each is independent.
All furniture and bedding are new, sheets and towels are provided.

Lovely Place

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. Local buses took us everywhere for 1 euro 5 cents, or you can buy a card for 2 euros and refill it (8 rides for 5 euros.) Local supermarket about 5 minutes walk down toward hospital is excellent.

Très agréable séjour

Salamanque et sa région sont vraiment une destination de vacances à conseiller. La proximité de l'appartement avec le centre historique est très appréciable. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir des visites et des soirées passées sur les terrasses de la Plaza Mayor ou des quartiers environnants. Nous conseillons également la visite de Ciudad Rodrigo, Ségovie, Avila et Zamora ainsi que que les sierras de Francia et de Béjar. Corinne, la propriétaire de l'appartement, nous avait dit qu'elle avait été emballée par Salamanque. Nous l'avons été également

El apartamento está muy bien, con todo lo necesario. Teresa un encanto, preocupada porque todo estuviese perfecto e incluso pendiente de guardarnos sitio en la calle para aparcar. Calefacción y Wifi. Os lo recomiendo no os equivocáis con esta opcion

Como en casa.

Hemos alquilado este piso por 4 días y esta muy bien. Su ubicación permite acceder al centro a 10 minutos caminando. Hay un Hospital cercano muy bueno y el barrio esta lleno de tiendas, supermercados y comercio. No tiene parking, pero se puede aparcar en la calle sin problemas. Cerca a 200mts hay un parking de pago. Finalmente, advertir que está en una primera planta sin ascensor. Al leer el anuncio no me percaté de ello y para padres con coches de niños es una dificultad. El trato con la propietaria y la Sra. Teresa es muy bueno.

Hola!!!Recomiendo este apartamento por lo bonito,limpio y comodo que es.Aunque esta a unos 10 minutos del casco antiguo se hace facil. Heche en falta el wifi. Teresa la encargada muy agradable y atenta.
