This bright and spacious 120 m² townhouse, full of charm, welcomes you in the heart of the historic center of Saintes. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it offers comfort and practicality in a peaceful setting. Located just steps from the Charente River and local shops, you can explore the city on foot and fully enjoy the region.

The house features generous spaces and high ceilings, tastefully decorated with several distinct atmospheres. Everyone can enjoy different living areas depending on their preferences, with two lounges and three large bedrooms (20 m² each). Bed linen, basic condiments, and cleaning products are provided. Fiber internet, TV, books, and games are available. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine included.

Parking is easy and convenient: you can stop right in front of the house to unload your luggage and groceries. Plenty of free parking spaces are available on the street, as well as two large free parking lots just a 20-meter walk away (Place du 11 Novembre and Place de l’Aubarrée). Paid parking options are also available and can be booked in advance (PrestoPark, EasyPark).

Local shops are located at the end of the street, and two markets take place each week just 50 meters away. The Saintes SNCF train station is 10 minutes away, and the town is accessible via exit 35 of the A10 motorway. Royan, Rochefort, Île d’Oléron, and La Rochelle are 30 to 45 minutes away, while Bordeaux and Angoulême are about 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
