Cocoonr is offering this charming little cottage for rent in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, just one kilometre from the beach. It measures 27 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a 15 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a sleeping area on the mezzanine, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,009 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 15 m² living area with a TV, sofa bed and dining area
- A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room with shower and toilet

Upstairs:
- A mezzanine area with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bedroom with two single beds
Please note: The ceiling height upstairs is 1.50 m.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful, shared, enclosed garden of 1,009 m²
- A 21 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The Tiny House is ideally situated in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Activities:
- Utah Beach, approximately 1.5 km away, with its historic D-Day landmarks
- Activities offered by Utah Mer Loisirs: sand yachting, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, kite flying and kite-buggy
- A visit to the Utah Beach D-Day Museum
- Explore the traditional village of Cotentin
- Walks and hikes along the coast and through the marshes
- Every 6 June, official local commemorations of the 1944 D-Day landings.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the enclosed courtyard of the Tiny House (maximum 2 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Carentan, approximately 20 km away
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, approximately 85 km away

Other notes:
- Pets are welcome, subject to a supplement of €3 per day, payable on arrival.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- Access to the upper floor is via a fairly steep staircase with a safety handrail
- The ceiling height on the upper floor is 1.50 m.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
