Large house for 7 400m from the beach

Come and drop your bags in this house for 7 in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré and enjoy it with family or friends. Very close to the beach, you can swim on foot or by bike and enjoy a sunbath accompanied by the sound of the ocean. The latter is also a few metres on foot from the village square where you will find everything you need nearby.

The house has a large garden where children can play while you enjoy a moment of relaxation in the sun. Its terrace will allow you to savour delicious meals outdoors while enjoying the fresh air. Its earth-coloured tiles and wooden ceiling give it a family country house feel.

You will find a very well-equipped kitchen (gas, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle). It is open to a very bright dining room thanks to the large openings it has, allowing you to enjoy your meals while having a view of the garden. Then, the living room is a warm space as it is arranged in front of the fireplace. Here, you will love to gather for a television moment or to take a moment to relax, chat or read.

Upstairs, the mezzanine is equipped with a billiard table and a window from which you can glimpse the ocean.

Once night falls, you can go and rest in one of the 4 bedrooms in the house, all of which are on the ground floor. The first has a large double bed and a study, the second is fitted with a double bed, then the third with a single bed. Finally, the last one is equipped with two single beds.

Also at your disposal are a bathroom (bath + shower), a washroom with toilet, an independent toilet, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a high chair, two travel cots and two parking spaces.
