In Sainte-Livrade-sur-Lot, we offer this charming 120 m² air-conditioned house for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features an attractive 29 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 50 m² garden. Bed linen included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- 29 m² living room with TV and sitting area
- Open kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

Sleeping area
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 2: Double bed
- Bedroom 3: Mezzanine with double bed and three single beds
- Bedroom 4: Single bed with desk
- Shower room with adjoining WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.

Exterior:
- 50 m² enclosed garden
- A covered terrace of approx. 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The property is very quiet and located in the middle of nature. It lies in an exceptional setting on the banks of two rivers and in the heart of unspoilt nature with remarkable biodiversity. A greenway bordering the property completes the picture, allowing you to discover the surrounding countryside in a gentle way, by bike, on foot or inline skates. It's also possible to fish on the Lot as well as on the presqu'île, a unique spot on the river between two waters.

Activities :
- A wide range of water sports are available in the surrounding area
- The town of Castelmoron, 8 minutes away by car, has a sandy beach on the Lot, with supervised swimming in summer and the possibility of renting canoes, boats and pedalos.
- There are also a number of picturesque villages to visit, including Pujols, Laparade and Penne d'Agenais.
- There's also the Friday morning market in Sainte-Livrade, accessible by bike or 5 minutes by car, a major market with never less than 150 stallholders, and often more than 200 in summer, and which has been going on for over a century.
- Finally, there are all the gourmet markets that take place in most of the region's villages one evening a week. This is a great way to sample both the gastronomy and the local atmosphere.

- You can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
- Nearest train station: Agen, about 30 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Bergerac, about 1 hour by car

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- There is water everywhere (ponds, rivers, wells, etc.). Parents must therefore be vigilant.
