Located on a working farm (mixed farming) near the Gers River and just 38km from Toulouse, close to Blagnac and Airbus, it's the ideal place for business trips as well as holidays. Here, you can enjoy the countryside, charming villages and markets, and the proximity of the city and its cultural activities. The village of Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières boasts three lakes, one of which is within walking distance of the cottage, and the GR86 long-distance hiking trail passes less than 1km away: a dream location for fishing and hiking! The St. Lys swimming pool is just 5km away, the Tépacap treetop adventure park and the Ferme du Paradis animal park are in Rieumes, 10km away, and Muret (with its aquatic center and swimming lake) is 20km away.
