In the heart of the Médoc region and only 5 minutes drive from the ocean beaches, this attractive vacation home is situated in a very quiet location. It is located opposite Royan in Gironde, a very famous resort. The house is very cozy and well equipped. It has a pool in the fenced garden for splashing and cooling on hot summer days. From the kitchen-living room a door leads to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. There is also a covered area where you can dine al fresco in style. On the nearby lakes Hourtin and Lacanau you can sail and windsurf well.

Déception concernant l'état de la piscine

La piscine était souvent impraticable car pas très propre. En effet, il y a un arbre a coté de la piscine qui déverse ses papiers et ses poussières dans la piscine. Le propriétaire devait également passer tout les jours car le moteur de la piscine était défaillant. Lors de notre arrivée, le sol de la maison n'était pas tres propre.
