THE HOUSE

Behind its high walls, La Tourelle offers a surprisingly quiet atmosphere for a property located just a few minutes' walk from the bustling village.

The house develops approximately 250 m² and opens onto a vast landscaped garden of more than 1,100 m², organized around the swimming pool and various relaxation areas.

The interior combines the character of ancient architecture, that of a 14th century house, with contemporary amenities: carefully selected furniture and decoration, contemporary artwork, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and modern amenities.

The reception areas include a large living room, an indoor dining room and several areas for lunch, dinner or relaxation outside.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare everyday meals as well as to entertain family and friends.

5 DOUBLE BEDROOMS – 5 BATHROOMS

La Tourelle has been designed to comfortably accommodate 10 people.

Unlike many houses advertised for 10 people, its capacity is not based on extra beds: it has 5 real double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and large storage volumes.

This configuration is particularly suitable for 5 couples, several generations of the same family or two families travelling together.

Master suite

The master suite offers a particularly comfortable space and has its en-suite bathroom as well as a hammam and a very large separate dressing room.

Four further double bedrooms complete the house.

Each has its own bathroom, allowing each couple or guest to enjoy their own private space.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

POOL & GARDEN

At the heart of the property is a large private swimming pool of 11 × 5 meters, surrounded by extensive beaches equipped to enjoy the Tropezian sun.

The landscaped garden offers different spaces allowing everyone to find their rhythm: swimming, reading in the shade, lunch on the terrace or aperitif around the pool.

Thanks to the high walls surrounding the property, the property enjoys remarkable privacy and calm given the immediate proximity to the center of Saint-Tropez.

Minimum duration requirements may be more flexible in May, June, September and October depending on availability.
