Two bedrooms reside on this level, which benefit from ensures floor cooling in summer and floor heating in winter.



Ascending to the first floor, you'll find three air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms upstairs, including one with a vast terrace overlooking the garden.



Outside, the villa offers sun loungers and a garden seat within the pool house's shade, a dining table under a pergola, and a covered summer kitchen. The private heated pool (12 m x 5 m) is secured by an electric safety cover. Additionally, an above-ground whirlpool offers relaxation; however, extra supervision is advised for young children.
