Lorsque la famille est arrivée, leur réservation avait été annulée par erreur et suite à un gros défaut de communication dû à la plateforme de réservation Hôtels.com ! !!
Quelle inquiétude pour des personnes âgées !
Votre mail adressé par erreur au manoir de La Foulerie à St Sauveur Village a été mal interprété par le Gérant de l’hôtel qui n’avait plus de chambre disponible à leur arrivée :
Soit 2 chambres pour 2 couples ….
Suite à une discussion entre ma famille et l’hôte, ce dernier leur a proposé une solution de dépannage bien précaire, par rapport au coût de l’hôtel : à savoir 2 chambres dans une aile du manoir qui sert plutôt à des groupes en temps normal - chambres peu confortables, idem pour la salle de bain.
Ce gérant a fait ce qu’il a pu pour héberger ses 4 clients et je l’en remercie.
Aussi, je souhaite qu’un geste commercial soit fait en leur faveur, de votre part, pour compenser
ce quiproquo inquiétant.
