Located in a countryside hamlet between forests and pastures, the Orée des Sapins gîte is set up in the body of the family farm, near the Pilat Natural Park.

Nearby: Dunières at 5 km (greenway, vélorail, tourist train, all shops and services), St-Didier-en-Velay at 12 km (medieval town, fishing at the Péchoire lake), Riotord at 8 km (Boutières Ecomuseum). The independent entrance leads to a garage and a few steps provide access to the 1st floor consisting of a living room with kitchen area and closed fireplace (wood supplement: €3/basket), 1 bedroom (1 140 cm bed) , a bathroom and a toilet.

The 2nd floor, converted into a mezzanine, has 2 bedrooms, one with 1 140 cm bed and cot, the other with 2 90 cm beds.

Outside, an unenclosed courtyard (100 m²) and a bowling green are separated from the gîte by a small path.

Via the RN88, exit towards Dunières. Continue in the direction of St-Romain-Lachalm and follow the D23., cross the hamlet of Chambaud, the gîte is on the right at the exit of the village, on the right of a small gravelled path.
