"The staff were friendly and very helpful, it was convenient with the drinks and laundry. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel is definitely family friendly. Breakfast is quite good with some varied options esp for an included benefit. Highly recommend!"

"The apartment was very nice, but it was not a true 2 bedroom. There are no doors on the bedrooms - only curtains. Also, there is no cooling in the bedroom. It is only in the living room, so in order to bring down the temp in the bedrooms, you need to drastically drop the temp in the living area, which is large. Also, one of the bedrooms has no window, so you obviously cannot open the window in there. All this would be fine in the winter, but even at the end of May, the apartment was fairly warm, and this problem made sleeping a bit of an issue. And then there's the neighborhood, which has many many homeless people. I think it's because there is a YMCA down the street and most likely everyone has to leave in the morning, leaving people nowhere to go but the street and local businesses -- the corner coffee shop, which is quite nice also had a regular homeless man sitting in it starting in the early morning. Otherwise, the location is a convenient maybe 15 minute walk to the Old City, and a 2 minute walk to a supermarket, bars and restaurants (we only tried the coffee shop). Parking is not included, and you have to pay for parking either on the street or in a garage. The host is not very communicative, refused to give us another blanket and only messaged through their email messaging system, which doesn't work very well. While the apartment itself is nice and spacious, next time I'd try a different place, or just go to Montreal, which is a much better place to visit."
