Relax on your private south-facing balcony with exceptional sea views, or unwind under the bioclimatic pergola. The fully landscaped garden covers 1,600 m². A spacious 140 m² terrace surrounds the shared heated outdoor pool (11 m x 4.40 m, closed from October 20 to late April), with temperature precisely regulated. Water is purified by a high-power UV tunnel, effectively eliminating bacteria. Nights are comfortable thanks to a satellite-controlled mosquito repellent system.



Parking is available on site with a shared spot and on the street. Parties are not allowed and smoking is prohibited indoors. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk from the studio.



A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are available for an extra fee. End-of-stay cleaning can be arranged by the concierge for an extra fee.
