Vue époustouflante pour cette magnifique villa aux prestations haut de gamme. La villa se situe dans un domaine fermé et sécurisé. Vue dégagée sur les lacs du Dramont, l'île d'or et le Sémaphore. Elle est située plein Sud pour pouvoir profiter du soleil et de la piscine toute la journée et au calme. Elle possède tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer des vacances inoubliables. A 1 km à pied de la plage du Tiki et à 400 m de toutes commodités. A ne rater sous aucun prétexte.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage!

Wir haben das Haus zu viert bewohnt. Für die beiden Teenager war natürlich der Pool das Highlight. Die Übergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte - trotz kleiner Undichtigkeiten - gut. Einzig roch es etwas feucht in den Zimmern. Das ist aber auch schon der einzige kleine störende Punkt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich gut und in der Küche findet man alles was man so braucht. In Sichtweite ( ca. 500 Meter Luftlinie) befindet sich die Bahntrasse. Die Züge hört man, hat uns aber nicht übermäßig gestört. Von der Terrasse des Hauses aus hat man einen wirklich traumhaften Blick zum Meer und den Strand erreicht man mit einer kleinen kostenlosen Bahn sehr gut. Diese fährt im 20 Minuten Rhythmus fast vor der Haustür los. Der Strand ist schön, allerdings mit sehr großen Steinen (zum liegen etwas hart). Wir haben es vorgezogen die wunderschöne Strasse Richtung Cannes zu fahren. Dort findet man einen Reihe wirklich schöner Buchten. Im August ist es natürlich überall voll. Aber das ist ja bekannt. Ansonsten erreicht man eine Bäckerei und einen kleinen Supermarkt fußläufig. Cannes ist über die Küstenstrasse in ca 1 Stunde zu gemütlich zu schaffen - Antibes und Nizza + 30 Minuten. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in einem sehr schönen Haus.

Splendeur de la vue

Magnifique villa avec tout le confort . Accueil parfait. La villa est en hauteur donc penser à chausser les baskets pour les petites courses ! Plage à 10 minutes à pied. Obligé de prendre la voiture pour se balader à St Raphaël mais la route de la corniche est agréable . Seul petit bémol : l'animation du camping le soir. En effet , la musique qui en émanait était légèrement forte mais ne nous a pas empêché de profiter des belles soirées au bord de la piscine. En conclusion : superbe séjour !
