Excellent accueil à Saint-Maxime lors de la remise des clés.
Joli appartement duplex, bien équipé. Rapport qualité/prix très intéressant en avril. Kit d'entretien offert.
Je retiens l'adresse.
Les regrets : pas d'état des lieux à l'entrée, pas d'inventaire de l'équipement et de la vaisselle.
Il faut signaler les problèmes dans les 24 heures. Si on n' utilise pas l'électroménager, comment savoir s'il y a un dysfonctionnement ? Sommes-nous alors tenus responsables si les locataires suivants remarquent un problème ?
