Appartement idéal pour le farniente

Le logement est très bien situé dans le village, à la fois proche des installations mais également très calme. La vue est incroyable, et le jardin privé est un vrai luxe. L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé.

Location très bien placée

Le Cap Esterel est idéal pour les adolescents. En période de vacances scolaires c'est assez bruyant tard dans la nuit. Le logement est bien (un peu vétuste) et placé idéalement pour la piscine, le petit train et la plage. Une belle terrasse avec store et un grand jardin sont très appréciables.

De très bonnes vacances en famille

Le logement est bien équipé et très bien situé près du village sans l’inconvénient des nuisances sonores. Le jardin et la grande terrasse sont très appréciables. Nous avons reçu toutes les informations très complètes avant notre arrivée par Dalila. Un petit bémol cependant sur la propreté du logement à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, on reviendra ! 😉

Appartement spacieux et bien situé

Nous avons profité pleinement de la situation de l’appartement à 2 pas de la piscine et des commerces, de la plage et bien sûr pour les amateurs du golf. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement la terrasse et de jardin où grâce au store nous avons pu prende tous nos repas à l’ombre ce qui appréciable par grande chaleur. Nous avons apprécié également la disponibilité et la gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueillis. En résumé nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances.

Appartamento ben accessoriato e in posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro del villaggio. Bello anche il giardino, parzialmente in ombra al pomeriggio. Il patio ben accessoriato con grande tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all’aperto. Ottima comunicazione con la proprietaria.

Ruhiger Familienurlaub in einer wunderbaren Landschaft

Jetzt in der Nachsaison ist es im Feriendorf schön ruhig. Trotzdem kann man von den Geschäften vor Ort profitieren (Einkaufsmarkt, Bäckerei in Fussdistanz). Auf der Anlage kann man Golf, Minigolf spielen. Leider waren anfangs Oktober nicht mehr alle Aktivitäten buchbar. Doch rundherum hat man am Cap Esterel andere schöne Dinge zu entdecken. Der Strand ist in kurzer Gehdistanz. Das Wasser wunderbar klar und sauber. Strand ist gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist klein, hat aber einen praktischen Grundriss. Der Standart ist einfach. Danke, dass wir bei Ihnen Ferien machen durften.

Schöne Wohnung in herrlicher Lage und toller Anlage

Meine Frau und ich und unser Hund waren ab Mitte September für 10 Tage in der Wohnung von Frau Marcesi, welche in dem großen Feriendorf Cap Esterel gelegen ist. Die Anlage bietet zahlreiche Geschäfte, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Weiterhin ist ein kleiner Zug vorhanden, der die Gäste von der Anlage an einen nahegelegenen Kiesstrand bringt (auch Hunde dürfen mitfahren). Dort befindet sich auch ein schönes Restaurant. Ein weiterer Strand (Sand) kann direkt zu Fuß über einen kurzen, aber recht steilen Weg erreicht werden. Wegen der zentralen Lage der Wohnung Marcesi sind die Geschäfte und der Pool über kurze Wege zu erreichen. Die Poolbenutzung muß für die privat gebuchte Wohnung bezahlt werden, ist aber nicht teuer. Dafür ist der überdachte Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage im Preis enthalten, was bei einer normalen Buchung nicht der Fall ist. Die Übergabe von Schlüsseln und Parkkarte funktionierte sehr gut, jedoch sind hier Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil. Hervorzuheben ist an der Wohnung der große Garten mit den zwei elektrischen Markisen und dem Blick aufs Meer. Sie liegt innerhalb der Anlage in einer Villenstraße, in der sich vorwiegend Privatwohnungen befinden. Sehr gut war auch die Qualität des wlan, das Internet funktionierte nach Eingabe der Freigabedaten einwandfrei. Auf dem LED-TV sind auch mehrere deutsche Sender zu empfangen (ARD, ZDF, 3-Sat und zwei dritte Programme). Für die zugelassenen 6 Personen ist die Wohnung eigentlich zu klein, aber eine Familie mit zwei kleineren Kindern ist vom Platz her gut aufgehoben. Die Küchenzeile biete wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, was beim Kochen etwas mühsam ist, jedoch ist eine gut funktionierende Spülmaschine und ein großer Kühlschrank vorhanden. In den beiden Bädern, die keine Fenster haben, sollten die Silikonfugen erneuert werden, da diese aufgrund der fehlenden Luftzirkulation schon entsprechend Schimmel angesetzt haben. Allgemein war die Sauberkeit im großen und ganzen aber in Ordnung. Wir haben insgesamt einen sehr entspannten Urlaub verbracht, waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen.
