Je suis arrivé vers 18 heures le soir et je n'ai pas eu de chauffage avant 8h le lendemain matin. La mince couette d'été (fin octobre) était insuffisante. Il manquait une latte au sommier du lit.

"Temps perdu" effectivement! Mauvaise réservation, réponse: faites vous reloger par expédia! Heure d'arrivée 18h et non 17h comme noté sur Hotels.com. Chambres: moquette au sol tachée, non aspirée avec des étiquettes de vêtements au sol dans 1 chambre, 1 pistache et 1 bout de saucisson sous les lits dans l'autre! Salle de bain: gel douche vide dans la douche, eau par terre car joint de la douche plus qu'abimé! Poubelle non vidée! Serviettes tachées et pas de serviettes le 2ème jour car à 19h30 pas sèches apparemment. Pas de code wifi donné. La télé n'a fonctionnée qu'1 soir sur 3. Quand vous vous permettez la remarque on veut vous mettre dehors a presque 20h avec 2 jeunes enfants! Mais effectivement nous aurions dû partir!

Arrivé aux environs de 17h00 la réception était fermée ! J’ai donc appelé le numéro qui était dans la réservation, on m’a dit que la réception ouvrait à 18h00 avant de me raccrocher au nez !!! Peu après 18h00 la réception a ouvert, mais ma réservation ne correspondait pas à mes attentes car on me donnait une chambre sans salle de bain ! Un autre qui avait réservé plusieurs chambres m’a gentiment proposé une des siennes ! J’en l’en ai remercié ! La nuit c’est bien passée. Le lendemain matin vers 8h30 la réception n’était pas ouverte et donc impossible de déjeuner et de rendre les clefs !!!

Nous ne pouvons donner d'avis ni sur la propreté ni sur le confort car nous avons trouvé porte close. Aux environs de 16 h l'établissement était fermé. Aucune information affichée. Nous avons attendu en vain jusque 17h20. Las d'attendre nous nous sommes mis en recherche d'un autre hébergement.

Encore quelques réglages et ce sera top.
Hôtel réouvert en avril, très symple mais propre. Suffisant pour une nuit. Quel que réglages à faire cependant. Il n'y avait pas de tapis de bain et la couette était un peu légère. Une lunette de toilette serait la bienvenue également. Les responsables méritent des encouragements.
