Ferienwohnung in idealer Umgebung

Zunächst eine Klarstellung: Wir haben dieses Objekt als „FERIENHAUS“ gesucht, in der Suchmaschinen-Auswahlliste als solches vorgeschlagen bekommen und daher gerne auch zu einem nicht günstigen Preis gebucht. Tatsächlich handelt es sich jedoch um eine „FERIENWOHNUNG“, die sich im Dachgeschoss des Hauses der Vermieter befindet. Diese Wohnung ist z.B. für 2 Paare und einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr geeignet. Eine Schlafzimmer rechts, eines links und in der Mitte die Küche mit einem Essplatz. Vor der Küche ist ein Flur mit den Zugängen zur Toilette und dem Bad. Eine Familie mit Kindern, die hier häufig kochen und essen möchte, muss sich jedoch ggfs. räumlich einschränken. Die Umgebung des Hauses (Strand und lange Küstenwege direkt vor der Tür, das Örtchen Portivy mit Bars, Restaurants und Supermarkt in 5 min Fußweg erreichbar) ist traumhaft schön. Umso bedauerlicher ist es daher, dass kein wirklich schöner Außenplatz vorhanden ist. Zwar gibt es einen kleinen Balkon (max. 2 Personen) und einen Außen-Tisch mit 4 Stühlen direkt vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung… beides allerdings auf der südöstlichen Parkplatz-Seite des Hauses. Tagsüber fehlt hier leider ein Sonnenschutz und am Abend ist die nordwestliche Strandseite des Hauses wegen der wirklich spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge im Sommer ein MUSS. Wer möchte da schon auf der „falschen Seite“ sitzen. Wir haben abends am Essplatz in der Küche Karten gespielt und die Fenster weit geöffnet, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Sobald das Tageslicht verschwunden war, blieb uns nur der Charme der Neon-Lampe in der Küche, statt des Meeresrauschens an einem mit Kerzenlicht beleuchteten Gartenplatz. Das sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Hausbesitzer-Paar hat uns mehrfach die Benutzung des Gartens angeboten. Allerdings sind hier weder Tisch noch Sitzmöbel für die Gäste vorhanden. Außerdem befindet sich die Rasenfläche unmittelbar vor den bodentiefen Wohnzimmer/Wintergartenfenstern der Vermieter, so dass wir uns hier auch etwas unwohl gefühlt hätten. Tatsächlich schmälern diese Kritikpunkte die Qualität des Urlaubes aber nur wenig. Die traumhafte Lage der Wohnung macht vieles wett. Mit wenigen Schritten kann man mit einer Flasche Wein im Gepäck den Strand erreichen und dort hat man sowohl Meeresrauschen wie auch Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben die Zeit bei Monique und Michel sehr genossen.

En plats för avkoppling och rekreation

Det var en härlig vistelse ,underbar miljö och ett fantastiskt värdpar. Bostaden hade en bra disposition med ett sovrum i vardera änden vilket gjorde det lätt att vistas två par utan att,störa varandra. Vi återkommer gärna!
