Beau logement bien situé

Séjour agréable à la Menounière. Logement très propre et très bien situé à quelques pas de la plage et des pistes cyclables. Beau jardin. Les propriétaires très gentils et serviables.

Très bel hébergement idéalement situé au bord de mer et au milieu de l'île ce qui permet de visiter toute l'île en vélo tranquillement. Le logement est très bien équipé et bien insonorisé. La propriétaire très prévenante mais très discrète. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner.

Bien situé , calme et propre

Idéal pour séjour une semaine ( après noter que pas de lave linge mais laverie pas loin) Idéal est de louer les deux logements mitoyens pour famille et /ou amis car terrain/ portail commun .Sinon très beau logement avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments et propriétaire très gentille et serviable .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci Marie ! Maison agréable, propre et fonctionnelle située à 2 minutes à pied de la plage et moins de 15 minutes en vélo de la Cotiniere.

Très agreable

Séjour très appreciable dans un logement très agréable. Emplacement idéale sur l'île pour être au calme tout en étant à proximité de tout. Seul petit bémol : la demande d'une caution en plus de la caution prévu par Abritel (prélèvement CB le échéant). Mais si nous devion retourner à Oleron, nous retournerons avec plaisir chez Marie HERVE. A bientôt !

Gîte calme et bien placé: bord de mer

Gîte propret, décoré avec goût et très bien situé (2 minutes à pied de la mer). Par contre, la pièce de vie est très petite (environ 16 m2 pour la cuisine, la salle à manger et la partie salon). La table est très petite aussi, pour 3 personnes max. Pas de machine à laver sur place: la laverie automatique signalée dans l'annonce doit être en ville. Il n'y a aucun nécessaire de base: prévoir de ramener jusqu'au sel, poivre et papier toilette! (Un rouleau est quand même présent à l'arrivée, heureusement). Je n'ai pas pu prendre l'option draps et linge de toilette, pour cause "covid". Du coup, je n'ai pas trouvé le gîte très confortable, ni très accueillant. Surtout que l'hôte n'était ni très souple (horaire du départ fixé dès l'arrivée après avoir récupéré les 2 chèques de caution et avoir vite fait visiter le gîte: départ au plus tard à 10h alors qu'il n'y avait personne après). J'ai séjourné en décembre. Les matelas étaient corrects. Le gîte très bien chauffé. Le gîte est très mignon et parfait pour des vacances en été, je pense, où il est possible de profiter des extérieurs ( plus d'espace). En hiver, bien aussi, mais je ne viendrais pas à 3 ou 4 car ce serait trop petit pour nous.
