Inside, 140m² of living space allows for a relaxing stay with family or friends: an ergonomic kitchen with a central island, fully equipped and open to the living room, a living room with windows on three sides and four sofas, a large flat-screen TV with a sound bar, and a veranda overlooking the pool with a small foosball table (reversible into a small billiards table) and a sofa.

On the ground floor, a family suite consists of two adjoining bedrooms (see floor plan), one with three beds, the other with two beds, a playroom for the little ones, a bedroom with three beds, and a large bathroom/laundry room with a sink and walk-in shower. Separate toilet.

Upstairs, a large landing with a dressing room leads to a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, two sinks, and toilet.

A bakery and tobacconist's are a 5-minute drive away, and the town of Longuée-Jumelles offers all the necessary shops and services. Take advantage of your stay in Anjou to stroll through the forests of the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Natural Park, take a cruise on the Loire River, or visit the châteaux of Saumur, Montsoreau, Brézé, Chinon, Ussé, or the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud. The region is also rich in vineyards: Bourgueil, Saumur, Layon, Chinon, and more.

The 270m² house and garden are entirely reserved for guests.
