Points positifs : très propre, spacieux, confortable, bien équipé, fonctionnel, parking facile, terrasse très ensoleillée. Proche de petits commerces. Point négatif en été (fenêtres ouvertes) : le bruit des véhicules passant très fréquemment et à toute heure.
