Cafards dans la chambre J’ai constaté lors de ma première nuit (sur deux réservées) la présence de cafards dans la salle d’eau et le salon. Après l’avoir signalé le lendemain matin et exprimé ma volonté de quitter l’établissement sans effectuer la seconde nuit, on m’a assuré comprendre que je souhaite partir et qu’elle s’occuperait de procéder au remboursement. Le lendemain, suite à une relance de ma part, on me signale qu’on ne procédera pas au remboursement puisqu’il n’est pas possible de prouver qu’il s’agissait de cafards. Problème d’hygiène criant, mauvaise foi générale, en synthèse a fuir absolument.

L'équipe d'accueil est très sympathique, disponible et serviable. Le bâtiment est récent et très propre, l'appartement confortable, presque frais malgré la canicule ; nous avons simplement un peu regretté l'absence de lave-vaisselle. Le petit déjeuner est une formule classique tout à fait suffisante. La machine à café disponible à toute heure est bien utile. Un seul petit regret : le local commun "déchets", minuscule, est rapidement saturé, ce qui rend assez vite son utilisation désagréable, et le tri illusoire.

einfaches, gutes Apartment

Einfaches aber sauberes Apartement, ein Plus die Microwelle und das große Bad. Minus der Müll muss selbst entsorgt werden und der Ort mit den Mülleimern war sehr entfernt und nicht gekennzeichnet, musste erst einige Zeit gesucht werden. Fazit in der momentanen Covidzeit wo alle Restaurants geschlossen sind eine gute Alternative zum normalen Hotel.
