Located facing the sea and the beach of Comberge as well as the VéloCéan bike path, Villa Roy is a large charming U-shaped house of 350m² on an enclosed and secure plot of more than 2000m². that can accommodate 12 guests.
It consists of an entrance with dressing room and a sleeping area (90) hidden by a curtain, dividing the North wing on the left and the South wing on the right.
In order of visit, you will find by the North wing an independent kitchen-dining room, equipped with all the appliances necessary to make you feel at home (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, microwave, coffee maker, espresso bean, microwave, coffee maker, grain, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishwasher, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, TV and beer pump).
