Cocoonr offers this charming 120 m² house in Saint-Martin-Du-Puy (Plainefas), 100 m from the Lac du Chaumeçon, to rent for up to 6 people. It comprises a 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and lovely grounds of around 7,000 m².

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, bath and cot (no linen provided).

Outside:
- 7,000 m² of beautiful, private grounds, planted with trees and surrounded by a natural fence (hedges, trees, stones).
- Three terraces of 20 m², 8 m² and 8 m², surrounding the chalet, with furniture to make the most of fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Plainefas (commune of Saint-Martin-Du-Puy), in a very pleasant setting, with a view of the lake. The essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and market are just 10 minutes away.

- Numerous hiking trails, mountain bike trails, bike rides, donkey rides, fishing on the lake and on the Chalaux.
- Swimming, canoeing, paddling on the lake, kayaking, rafting, white-water swimming on the Chalaux (500 m away).
