Great location This could be a lovely property but was badly let down by the amount of dust under bed, couch and on the radiators etc Would definitely benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Also the bathroom would benefit from updating, shower was no good at all. The bedding and towels were lovely and clean , just a shame about the bathroom and the amount of dust. It is up 4 flights of stairs but that’s a good thing to keep you fit. Overall it was ok but if the bathroom was sorted and the dust it would be excellent

"ce bien devrait être retiré"

La photo d'appel est mensongère et truquée. J'ai réalisé des photos de ce bien à mon arrivée . J'ai même contacté la dame de cocooner sur St Malo très désagréable . Elle à quand mêm envoyer la personne qui m'attendait acheter de nouvelles casseroles . Je n'ai jamais vu un appartement aussi dégoutant ménage pas fait . Nous avons retrouvé un slip cotton taille 52 au moins et capsule de bière sous le canapé. Je vais d'ailleurs vous demander au moins un remboursement de 50% minimum . Vous devriez aller faire les photos vous même pour vous rendre compte . Salle de bain d'une autre époque . une machine à lavé d'au moins 20 ans à peine 400tours min .. je ne vous dis pas pour faire sécher des serviettes de bains. Enfin une expérience que je ne souhaite à personne . Dans l'annonce il n'est pas précisé que les 3 fenêtres de la chambre donne sur la rue de Dinan la plus commerçante et la plus bruyante dès 5h30 ' camion entretien et livraison".. Soit heureusement qu'il a fait bon car je n'étais dans cette appartement que pour me laver( rideau de douche noir de moissisure ) et dormir . Ah oui le couvre lit de la photo était rempli de taches .. humaine pas très sympa je l'ai laver aussi pour pouvoir dormir . J'ai du donner la couette à ma fille pour assouplir le divan lit très incomformtable . En résumé un vrai CAUCHEMAR Vous pouvez me contacter via mail ou au 0033496865838.
