Overall we felt safe, nice mattresses to sleep on and okay to spend a night or 2. Marble floor tiles were lovely, liked seeing the planes from the skylight in kitchen. However...Water got VERY hot and my son nearly scalded himself washing his hands on first day. Maybe get a sticker warning so guests don't burn themselves?!The electric blinds were annoying and loud. (I realise everyone has them here) but the remote control for the main room blinds was cracked, falling apart. Light in the toilet is stupidly bright -only the kitchen light was warm and soft and table desk lamp wonky. No kitchen cleaning supplies were left for our use. No washing up liquid! Just toilet /window cleaner. Only 1 small black pedal bin bag was issued. Oven never worked but didn't bother cooking in the end. The lovely velvet chair has one broken caster so nearly fell out of it!Taps need tightening in kitchen, shower base is grimy and needs regrouting, lack of hooks on back of bathroom door., no drainer for dishes, no coasters for a glass table...So many little fixes which would make it much better. The building is relatively quiet BUT various people in the building across the road were loud...someone always on speaker phone, a couple fighting, loud music or TV etc...Not the fault of the company of course but just be aware that there is plenty of noise if you are sensitive to it. In summer then, ear plugs are a must and it gets so so hot...the fans were ok but only helped a little.
