Welcome to Saint-Jorioz!
Located in the heart of Saint-Jorioz, close to all the local shops.

Discover a charming flat in a quiet and peaceful residence, in the heart of a beautiful lakeside village.
Ideal for 4 people, it comprises two separate bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a west-facing terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious living room.
A covered garage is available for your car or bicycles, and there is free parking in the outdoor car park.
🅿️You can reach the lake in just a few minutes: the apartment is less than a mile and a half from the lake!

The first bedroom is fitted with a 160x200cm double bed and storage space.
The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190cm) and storage space.
Television and high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The apartment also has a washer-dryer, raclette and fondue sets.

Bed linen and towels will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The accommodation is located on the first floor and there is no lift.

With plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, you can get around without a car during your stay and leave your car in the block’s car park.

Saint-Jorioz is situated on the left bank of Lake Annecy, nestled amongst the mountains.

Check-in is available daily from 4 pm to 9 pm.
After 9 pm, if a self-arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.

Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.

Appartement spacieux et moderne , belle petite terrasse balcon extérieur, cadre très agréable avec petite rivière à proximité et petit pont amenant directement au centre ville avec commerces. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 4. Très belle région que nous connaissons bien depuis longtemps. À refaire , dommage que les prix en été s'envolent un peu trop.

Petit appartement dans un quartier calme, à côté de la rivière Le Laudon, propre et decoré avec goût, literie confortable. La vue de la terrasse donne du côté du Semnoz. A quelques minutes à pieds du Super U en suivant le sentier le long de la rivière.
